Production
The company has well equipped advance machineries and technically sound infrastructure, which is spread all over 4650 SQ Meter. Pearl has production capacity of 100 MT per Month. The infrastructure is divided in various departments such as Production, Quality Control, Storage, Packing and Dispatch.
In-house Laboratory
We have in-house well-equipped lab facility for continuous R&D and Quality Control at every stage of production. Our lab consists of modern testing instrumentation such as Gas Chromatography, FTIR, HPLC and many other equipment’s to ensure product quality as per commitment.
Pollution Free Environment
Pearl believes in Sustainable and pollution free environment. We have installed our own Effluent Treatment Plant to take care of effluent generated during manufacturing and obtained requisite clearance from pollution board as ZLD (Zero Liquid Discharge) for all units. Company is running on Natural Gas system and also has installed a modern scrubbing system in all units to avoid air pollution.
Safety Systems
Employees Safety is Top priority for Company. All Pearl units are Fire Compliant fulfilling all the safety norms of Fire. The company has installed all the precautionary safety units, hazardous gas detectors with well-trained employees.
